Executive Vice President
Dylan is a commercial real estate broker who specializes in helping investors buy, sell, and develop apartment buildings in Seattle and the Puget Sound region. He has brokered deals from $1 million to over $100 million, on buildings with as few as 5 units to complexes with more than 500.
Jerrid specializes in representing buyers and sellers of land and 5-50 unit multifamily apartments around King County. Jerrid emphasizes being an expert in every transaction and strongly believes in finding the right answer, not the easy one. His work ethic is the cornerstone of every transaction, with a core focus on client satisfaction.
Alex Mundy is an Analyst and provides debt and equity financing services to our multifamily clients in the Puget Sound market.
Matt represents buyers and sellers of land and 5-30 unit multifamily apartments in Seattle, and has completed more than 150 valuations for apartment buildings of this size.
Thomas is responsible for sourcing new business through off-market acquisitions, and assists with market research and data analysis.
Tyler is responsible for market research and data analysis that assists the team in day-to day-operations.
Cate manages the Seattle Multifamily Team’s marketing efforts, including soup-to-nuts property marketing, advertising, design, and content management.
