The Seattle Multifamily Team was pleased to host over 100 clients and guests for our Semi-Annual Investor Forum. The event was keynoted by one of the region’s foremost economists and real estate market-experts, Matthew Gardner, Chief Economist with Windermere Real Estate. Participants received an overview of regional economic fundamentals, as well as a deep-dive into the Seattle/Puget Sound office and apartment markets.
The event marked the Seattle Multifamily Team’s official release of The SMT Report: 2017 Mid-Year Review and release of The SMT Report: 2017 Efficiency Unit Report, an industry-first publication and study of efficiency units in the Seattle urban marketplace.
